What you can expect

Upper and lower body hypertrophy training to build muscle and mass

Upper and lower body explosive training that will increase athleticism and performance

Functional movements that will build strength, agility, coordination and stability

Gymnastics core training which will build next level strength

Who is this program for?

  • This program IS NOT for the absolute beginner
  •  This program is for an intermediate to advanced fitness level.  
  • You must have at least 2 years of gym experience. 
  • Must have knowledge of proper exercise technique and knowledge of how to modify exercises when necessary. 
  • Must know how to read a written program with reps and sets.
  •  I will be available via email if you have any limitations and need help finding ways to modify movements.

What equipment will you need?

  • You will need access to a gym or home gym. 
  • You will need a range of dumbbells
  • A range of kettle bells 
  • A barbell with weight plates
  • Pull Up bar
  • Plyometric box

  • Medicine balls 
  • Gymnastics rings (a TRX suspension trainer can be used but is not ideal)  
  • Resistance bands (for assisted pull-ups and stretching techniques)
